In February 2016, one of our most senior engineers undertook training at Samsung Techwin’s modern training center, to further broaden the companies existing IP camera installation and networking knowledge base. Since gaining the knowledge and subsequent certification, this service is proving to be more and more popular with clients today.
In March 2014, we took the decision to implement sophisticated network monitoring software at Alpha Omega HQ. This software allows us to monitor everything from disk space to the availability of networking hardware, in order for us to ensure that we’re on top of everything, at all times!

In 2003 we were asked to manage the IT infrastructure for our home – The Batley Business & Technology Centre. The majority of our clients at the centre were involved in pioneering internet and communications technology, which kept us at the forefront of network solutions.
On the 17th of January 2003 a wholly owned subsidiary Level 5 Internet Ltd was formed as a direct response to the to the needs of our customers for the provision of managed Internet and E-Mail services.
Alpha Omega Computers Ltd was incorporated on the 27th of October 1999. The Company was formed as a direct response to the needs of larger organisations to outsource part, or all, of their IT requirement.
